Hey Girl ! Un peu de lecture pour le weekend !
RYAN GOSLING se met au gluten free et ça on adore ! Je fais pas mal de lecture en ce moment et certains articles ont particulièrement retenus mon attention. J’aime bien lire tout ce qui est interview de personnalités que ce soit dans le milieu de la mode, l’alimentation, le bien-être, l’entrepreneuriat ou bien sûr tout ce qui concerne le gluten de près ou de loin.

I like reading interviews of personalities whether it’s from the world of fashion, food, well-being, entrepreneurship or of course all that evolves more or less around gluten.

Je découvre SEBASTIEN TELLIER à travers cette interview et contre toute attente, j’ai trouvé l’article très intéressant. A la question “Pour vous, l’élégance, c’est ?”, il répond “Montrer de l’extérieur ce qu’on est à l’intérieur.”. Forcément j’adore ! / I discover SEBASTIEN TELLIER through this interview and against all expectations, I find it to be very interesting. To the question “What is elegance for you?” he answers “Showing on the outside who you are on the inside”. Obvisouly I love it!

Je me suis toujours demandé s’il valait mieux courir avec ou sans musique. Au début je courrais sans parce qu’un grand sportif m’avait dit que sinon je ne suivais pas mon propre ryhtme mais celui de la musique. Mais au bout d’un moment, je trouvais ça un peu ennuyeux de courir sans stimulation sonore. Et c’est vrai, je cours beaucoup mieux quand j’ai mon iPod en marche. / I’ve always wondered whether it’s better to run with or without music. In the beginning I ran without because an experienced friend had told me that otherwise I wasn’t following my own rythm but the music’s. But after a while I found it a bit boring to run without any sound stimulation. And it’s true that I run better with my iPod on.
