Le weekend dernier, toute la famille paternelle s’est réunie pour la communion de ma cousine Charlotte. Une belle opportunité pour avoir 2 jours au Danemark. Après la cérémonie, nous avons passé toute l’après-midi et une partie de la soirée dans ce magnifique endroit non loin du club de golf de Copenhague, près d’un lac et d’un grand parc. Heureusement pour moi, le chef avait préparée des plats sans gluten. Que ce soit pour le buffet salé ou sucré, je savais exactement ce que je pouvais manger ou non. Pour le snack d’adieu (tellement une bonne idée), ils servaient de petits sandwichs dont une poignée sans gluten. Le luxe ! Saumon & petits concombres marinés ou jambon & tomates. Que des ingrédients frais et locaux. Le paradis. Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit pour des événements du type que ce soit pour l’emplacement, le design d’intérieur et le menu.

Last weekend the whole paternal family gathered for my cousin Charlotte’s confirmation. A nice opportunity to have 2 days in Denmark. After the ceremony, we spent the whole afternoon and part of the evening at this lovely venue next to the Copenhagen golf club, a lake and a huge parc. Luckily for me, the chef prepared special gluten free dishes. Was it during the main buffet or for dessert, I knew exactly what I could eat or not. For the farewell snack (such a good idea to have that), they were serving small sandwiches and they even had gluten free ones! Luxury! Salmon & pickles or ham & tomatoes. Only fresh & local ingredients. Heaven. Would highly recommend this place for events as such may it be for the surroundings, the interior design or the food.
