La dernière running playlist était très girly et très dynamique, parfaite pour se motiver à sortir de chez soi et se mettre dans la course. Une fois que je suis « in the zone » je peux écouter des choses beaucoup plus douces qui vont m’aider à m’évader (l’esprit). Et donc là on est moins girly. #cool
