En allant chez Exki (chaîne belge de « fast food » bio) l’autre jour, je me suis rendue compte qu’ils proposaient plusieurs produits sans gluten. Quand je suis passée ils avaient un brownie au chocolat (sans gluten donc)… pas mal du tout. Tout est bio donc on est au top ! Vous pouvez aussi vous régaler avec des salades, des soupes ou des yaourts si le lactose n’est pas un problème. Pour ceux qui ne sont pas intolérants au gluten, les tartes ont l’air trop bonnes. Tout est prêt et emballé si vous voulez emporter votre repas, un espace restauration est également à votre disposition.
Moi je trouve ça pas mal pour un repas rapide ou pour un pic-nique c’est parfait, mais c’est vrai que l’hiver je préfère un repas chaud dans un endroit peut-être un peu plus chaleureux.

When I went to Exki (belgian organic « fast food » chain) the other day, I found out that they had some gluten free items. They had these gluten free chocolate brownies … not bad at all. Everything is organic of course so we like it a lot! You can also enjoy salads, soups or yoghurts if lactose isn’t a problem. For those of you who can eat gluten, there are some tarts which look delicious! Everything is ready to eat and packaged so you can have it to go and you can also sit in their restaurant area.
I like it for a quick lunch or for a pic-nic it’s perfect but it’s true that for winter breaks I’d rather have a nice warm meal in a litlle bit more cosy atmosphere.
